VISITS
Only one medical issue per visit to ensure that all patients receive timely and efficient care. if you have multiple issues, please book for another day.
PRESCRIPTION POLICY
We do not prescribe narcotics and controlled substances.
ZERO TOLERANCE
We do not tolerate any form of aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. This includes verbal or physical threats, harassment, or any inappropriate language.
NO SHOWS
There is a $50 no show fee. You must advise us 24hrs before your appointment to cancel.

To add context to some of the other negative reviews: there are some growing pains with the clinic as he is relatively new to Canada, and so his clinic is fairly new as well. This also means there's an influx of people getting a family doctor that have been waiting to get one for months or even years, coming in with all of their problems and perhaps inflated expectations for the care that can be provided for them. -
